The NMW will be closed at June 27–28, 2026

Due to the forecast of very high temperatures, the National Museum in Warsaw will remain closed to visitors over the weekend of June 27–28, 2026.

Visitors who purchased tickets for events previously scheduled for this weekend will receive a refund.
Visitors who purchased museum admission tickets may request a refund or use them at a later date during the Museum's opening hours.

The Poster Museum and the exhibition at the Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture will also be closed over the weekend. The previously scheduled Pianokrąg ​​event will take place as planned.

The Museum in Nieborów and Arkadia remains open to visitors.
