Loan Department informs that it has accepted a regulation by which all institutions wanting to utilise Loan Department collections for display purposes should submit a request for a loan with a six-month notice with a complete list of requested objects. The time limit for submitting request is counted from the date of the planned opening of the exhibition, and should the time limit be exceeded, Loan Department. may refuse the loan request.
