Polish Decorative Art Gallery

The Gallery, opened in 1992, presents over 300 of the most valuable works from the 16th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Apart from gold objects from Gdańsk, Warsaw and other centres, there are also examples of embroidery, tapestry, kontush sashes, garments, and of 18th century glass from factories in Nalibok, Urzecz and Lubaczów.  For the ceramics, there is the 18th century pottery from the Belvedere plant and from the china factories in Korzec and Baranówka, and artistic ceramics from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries (Stanisław Jagmin, Wacław Bębnowski).

The latest among the very few examples of furniture art is the very valuable set of furniture designed by Karol Tichy in 1909.
